Our processing time refers to the time we require to prepare your order for shipping. Since some countries are more strict on illegal products, we sometimes take more time in getting a certified letter from ministry of agriculture for safe delivery.

Our Refund Policy

We can replace or exchange for you any product you buy from us anytime not exceeding 14 days after you request or not seeing faster results. We have a variety of products and different plants and nutrition formulas to change for you accordingly.

But when we replace or exchange for you the product, we won't pay for any delivery or shipment bills or charges. You will be responsible for the exchanged product's delivery or shipment bills.
